Light, refreshing and with a slightly more festive attitude than his cousin Tom. In a cocktail shaker add; 2 oz of reposado tequila, 3/4 oz of fresh lime juice, 1/2 oz of simple syrup, ice. Shake until chilled. Pour over ice in a tall glass, top it off with seltzer water. Ole!

- 1.5 oz Mezcal (house choice: Gracias o Dios)
- 1.5 oz Reposado Tequila
- .5 oz Light Agave Nectar
- Small squeeze of lemon juice
- 4 dashes of orange bitters
